We are seeking a maintenance technician with a strong mechanical and automotive background to help keep our fleet and facilities running efficiently.
Role Overview
This position focuses heavily on the preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of our fleet vehicles and mobile equipment, while also assisting with general facility and machinery maintenance.We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in automotive or heavy-equipment mechanics. Candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and basic repair experience who are eager to expand their skillset across broader industrial equipment and building trades are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and mechanical repairs across our company vehicle fleet, including passenger vehicles, work vans, trucks, and forklifts.
- Troubleshoot issues and assist in servicing and maintaining production and manufacturing machinery.
- Assist with general facility repairs and upkeep across company buildings.
- Support routine internal maintenance tasks involving basic carpentry, structural repairs, light electrical, plumbing, painting, and HVAC upkeep.
Qualifications & Skills
- Direct experience or strong formal background in automotive repair, diesel mechanics, or fleet maintenance.
- Proficiency using diagnostic tools, hand tools, and shop machinery safely.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems.
- Cross-functional experience or willingness to learn basic building trades (carpentry, plumbing, light electrical, HVAC).
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
