Were seeking dependable Snow Operations Crew Members to support our snow and ice management operations during the winter while contributing to landscape work throughout the rest of the year.
This role is ideal for individuals looking for full-time, year-round employment with a primary focus on winter operations.

- 20% premium pay for snow plowing
- $1,500 signing bonus ($500 at 90 days, $1,000 at 180 days)

What Youll Be Doing
- Snow plowing, shoveling, and ice management during winter
- Landscape maintenance during spring, summer, and fall
- Operating trucks, plows, and snow equipment
- Responding reliably to snow events

- Ability to work outdoors year-round, including winter conditions
- Dependable and responsive during snow events
- Ability to perform physical work
- Valid Drivers License required for plow operators
