Were seeking dependable Snow Operations Crew Members to support our snow and ice management operations during the winter while contributing to landscape work throughout the rest of the year.

- 20% premium pay for snow plowing
- $1,500 signing bonus ($500 at 90 days, $1,000 at 180 days)

What Youll Be Doing
- Snow plowing, shoveling, and ice management during winter
- Landscape maintenance during spring, summer, and fall
- Operating trucks, plows, and snow equipment
- Responding reliably to snow events

- Dependable and responsive during snow events
- Ability to perform physical work
- Valid Drivers License required for plow operators
