Hours: 6:00am – 2:30pm (overtime as needed)

The Warehouse Worker supports daily warehouse operations by performing manual labor, material handling, inventory assistance, and basic shipping/receiving tasks. This role ensures materials are accurately picked, moved, stored, and prepared to support production and warehouse workflow.
Job ResponsibilitiesPick and pull large quantities of parts and materials for production shop orders.
Perform basic shipping and receiving tasks, including counting, weighing, or measuring items to verify accuracy against paperwork.
Assist with unloading and inspecting incoming shipments; report any damages or shortages to the appropriate team members.
Prepare materials for shipment by weighing, packaging, labeling, and completing simple forms as needed.
Use warehouse equipment—including forklifts and reach trucks—to move, stack, and retrieve palletized materials from various storage areas (training provided if needed).
Return materials to stock, organize warehouse shelves, and maintain clean, orderly work areas.
Support inventory functions such as cycle counts, repacking, and accurately putting items away from receiving.
Assist the receiving department and perform general warehouse duties as assigned by management.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of hire.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Forklift and/or reach truck experience a plus (training available).
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, especially in picking, stocking, material handling, or shipping/receiving.
- Basic computer comfort for simple data entry and warehouse system use.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
This position requires the ability to safely lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, with or without reasonable accommodation.
