Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate personnel with professionalism and courtesy
- Handle front desk duties including scheduling appointments, checking in visitors, and maintaining a tidy reception area
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of office records
- Utilize office management software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant tools for administrative tasks
- Support calendar management and coordinate appointments or meetings for staff members
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including basic invoicing and expense tracking, ensuring timely updates of financial records
- Miscellaneous Errands
Experience
- Previous office experience or clerical background demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry systems
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle high call volumes professionally
- Knowledge of office management procedures such as filing systems, proofreading documents, and maintaining confidentiality is essential
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- Must be able to handle multi-tasking
