As a team member, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for our customers while helping keep the shop running smoothly.
Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all guests
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare coffee, smoothies, and specialty beverages according to company standards
- Package and serve donuts to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shop
- Restock products and supplies as needed
- Complete opening and closing duties thoroughly
- Wash dishes and maintain clean workstations throughout each shift
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain product quality and presentation standards
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently when needed
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50lbs
- Food handler's card or obtained within 2 weeks of hiring
- Food service experience is preferred but not required-we are happy to train the right person!
