This position is part time averaging around 20-30 hours per week, consisting of 2-4 days per week. These shifts will only be daytime shifts, that can vary from 8am-2pm, or 8am-5pm dependent on needs.
Responsibilities
- Consistency with dough making procedures
- Working close with head pastry chef to ensure proper procedures
- Staying on task to ensure par levels of dough are kept up
- Ensure desserts are prepped and stocked for service Keeping a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
- Pastry experience preferred
- Pizza dough preparation experience preferred
- Able to meet all scheduling commitments
- Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
- Strong attention to detail
