Benny's Big Time Pizzeria in Wilmington, NC is looking for a Host to join our already strong team. We are located on 206 Greenfield St. Our ideal candidate takes initiative, is dedicated and engaged. (this is also a tipped position). If you are new to the restaurant industry and would like to learn to wait tables, we promote from within, so this is a great starting point!
Responsibilities
- Greeting Guests
- Presenting the menus
- Taking Reservations with our online system
- Knowledge of our menu and offerings
- Answering the phone, taking and processing To-Go and Ubereats orders
- Creating a warm and unique guest experience
- Bidding guests "Good Afternoon", "Good Night" as they leave
- Positive/Upbeat personality
Qualifications
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Able to multitask efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
- Prior Hosting experience
- Reliability and Transportation
