What are the responsibilities and job description for the Athletic Coaches (All Seasons 2026/2027) position at Bennington-Rutland Supervisory Union?
Bennington-Rutland Supervisory Union is seeking Athletic Coaches to lead our middle school sports teams for the 2026/2027 school year! Coaching opportunities are available in the fall, winter, and spring seasons at Equinox Valley Middle School (EVMS) and Flood Brook School (FBS). This is a great opportunity to work with our student athletes across all abilities and experience levels.
-Supervise practices and games for athletes of various abilities and experience levels.
-Teach the fundamentals of your sport.
-Communicate with school personnel and parents/guardians.
-Bus travel to away games is required.
-Coaching schedule and location will vary by sport.
-Other responsibilities as required to complete the job.
-Position reports to the applicable school's Athletic Director and is supervised by the Principal.

Pay Rate:
- $900 - $2,300 per season; based on length of season, hours required, and coaching capacity (i.e., Head vs. Assistant Coach).
