Job Title: Admissions Coordinator/ Marketer/Community Liason
Salary: $23-$25 per hour

Duties:
- Supervise and review the collection of admission documents, ensure completion and forward to the appropriate departments as necessary
- Supervise or perform interviews of residents/guardians and obtain required information and signatures
- Assist in the orientation program for residents/personnel
- Maintain an accurate record of available beds
- Develop and maintain a good working rapport with inter-department personnel, as well as other departments within the facility
- Maintain a resident waiting list in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Keep current on Medicare/Medicaid provider regulations for skilled nursing facilities
- Maintain daily and monthly census report as directed
- The Marketer is responsible for managing all aspects of the facility marketing plan
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clinics and hospitals in the area
- Organize and manage resident medical appointments and transport schedule
- Responsible to respond to customer requests and concerns and help promote a positive admissions & referral process for all parties involved

Qualifications:
- Admissions experience in a healthcare facility required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and part of an interdisciplinary team
- Positive attitude and driven by desire to serve others
- Marketing / Community liaison experience in a healthcare environment
- Knowledge of the community preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
