Join Our Team as a Skilled Body Shop Technician!
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, technically skilled Body Shop Technician to join our growing team. If you take pride in precision work, enjoy solving complex repair challenges, and value doing the job right by following OEM standards, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Perform high-quality collision repairs, including structural, non-structural, and mechanical work
- Read, interpret, and follow OEM repair procedures to ensure safe and accurate repairs
- Complete repairs using proper tools, equipment, and factory-approved techniques
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicles as needed to diagnose damage and complete repairs
- Document all work performed and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with estimators and other technicians to ensure efficient workflow
- Conduct pre- and post-repair scans
What We’re Looking For
- I-CAR certifications required (additional welding or manufacturer certifications are a plus)
- Solid understanding of OEM repair procedures and commitment to industry best practices
- Strong mechanical aptitude—suspension, cooling, mechanical R&I, etc.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
