Collision Estimator Join Our Team!
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Collision Estimator to join our growing collision repair team. The ideal candidate will provide an exceptional customer experience while accurately assessing vehicle damage, communicating effectively with customers and technicians, and ensuring repairs are performed according to OEM standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the repair process.
- Inspect vehicle damage and prepare accurate repair estimates using CCC software.
- Clearly communicate repair recommendations, timelines, and expectations to customers.
- Collaborate closely with technicians to ensure proper repair procedures are followed.
- Research and utilize OEM repair procedures to support safe and proper vehicle repairs.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and customers as needed throughout the repair process.
- Maintain detailed and accurate repair documentation.
- Assist in managing repair schedules and ensuring timely vehicle delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Damage Appraiser License (required).
- Previous collision estimating experience in a collision repair environment.
- Proficiency with CCC estimating software (required).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong ability to work effectively with both customers and production staff.
- I-CAR training and certifications preferred.
- Knowledge of how to locate, interpret, and apply OEM repair procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to quality repairs, safety, and customer satisfaction.
