Job Duties
- Accurately diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective repair and replacement solutions.
- Utilize Straight Forward Pricing (including all company-approved forms) correctly on each call.
- Wear floor savers while in customers' homes and maintain a clean, professional work area.
- Test all completed work before leaving to ensure systems are functioning properly.
- Eliminate unnecessary callbacks by completing jobs correctly the first time.
- Clearly explain repairs, recommendations, and completed work to customers.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction on every job.
- Maintain a safety-conscious attitude on the job and while operating company vehicles.
- Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Assist in mentoring and supporting less experienced technicians when needed.
- Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing service and repair experience.
- Proven track record of high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Extensive knowledge of residential plumbing systems, repairs, and installations.
- Experience presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners.
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to mentor and lead by example.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
