Requirements For Lead Residential Service Plumber

• 5 years of proven residential plumbing service experience (additional years strongly preferred)
• Valid Washington State PL01 (Journeyman Plumber) or PL02 (Residential Specialty Plumbing Contractor) license required
• Active and clean driver's license
• Demonstrated success in selling plumbing solutions and upgrades to homeowners
• Prior experience guiding, mentoring, or leading other plumbers/technicians (preferred but not mandatory for strong candidates)

Primary Responsibilities As a Lead Residential Service Plumber

• Lead and execute residential plumbing service calls from initial diagnosis through successful resolution, including troubleshooting, repairs, and installations
• Expertly handle repairs or replacements of fixtures like faucets, toilets, water heaters, garbage disposals, drain systems, and water treatment/filtration equipment
• Manage both routine maintenance appointments and after-hours emergency responses
• Mentor and provide on-the-job guidance to junior plumbers or technicians when assigned, helping elevate team performance
• Roughly 90% of work focuses on single-family residences, with some multi-family or light commercial assignments

Experience Level
