Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator
Reports to: Human Resources Director
Location: Central Office - Gilbert, AZ
Contract: None, Full Time, 12-month calendar
Pay Range: $22-24/hour
Benjamin Franklin Charter School is seeking an entry level HR Coordinator for our Human Resources Department at our Central Office in Gilbert. The ideal candidate will possess a positive, team-oriented attitude while being able to work independently in a busy HR setting.
Responsibilities:

Answer HR questions, emails and phone calls -
Post and manage job requisitions -
Schedule interviews and screenings -
Maintain employee files -
Verify certifications and IVP cards -
Assist with job fairs -
Assist with onboarding new employees -
Assist with employee recognition and functions - Other HR duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Must have exceptional customer and employee service skills
- Must have high standards of professionalism
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Strong work ethic with a positive approach to finding solutions
- Experience in HR is preferred but will train the right person
- Team player who has a passion for learning, self-motivated
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office
