Clinic Reception:

St. Maries Family Medicine is looking for a friendly, well-organized Clinic Receptionist with strong verbal and written communication skills to join our great team! Clinic Reception plays a vital role in the smooth operation of the Rural Health Clinic.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting Patients with Excellent Customer Service
- Answering Phones/Directing Patient Questions
- Scheduling Appointments
- Verifying Insurances
- Administrative Tasks (scanning, accurate record keeping, etc.)
- Collaborating with the Clinical Team on Provider Scheduling Preferences and Availability
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Strong computer skills
- Positive interpersonal relationships
- Great listening and organization skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge, training and experience in healthcare office and Insurances preferred, but not required
- This position must be able to communicate effectively; be able to organize, coordinate and handle multi-tasking; be able to handle difficult situations in a calm, clear manner.
