Role Description We Are Excited to Welcome a Retirement Plan Analyst – Total Administration (401)K to Our Team! You’ll Take Ownership of the Day to Day Administration and Compliance of a Portfolio of 401(K) Clients. You’ll Serve As Their Main Point of Contact, Guiding Them Through the Complexities of Retirement Plan Operations While Delivering Friendly, Knowledgeable, and Reliable Support.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Retirement Planning and retirement plan administration, including day-to-day operations and participant support.
- Experience working with Defined Contribution plans (e.g., 401 (k) and understanding of plan design, testing, and reporting.
- Familiarity with Defined Benefit plans and related regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate complex retirement concepts clearly and professionally to clients and participants.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple plans and deadlines in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and other office software; experience with retirement recordkeeping or administration platforms is a plus.
- Prior experience in retirement plan administration, financial services, or related fields preferred.
- ASPPA credential(s) or willingness to obtain
