Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Bowling Green, KY, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Client Services Representative will serve as a first point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and providing professional assistance to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include delivering personalized client support, maintaining accurate reporting, handling customer service issues, and assisting with employee benefits administration related to finance and compliance.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in Client Services and Customer Service to deliver exceptional support
- Strong Communication skills and focus on maintaining Customer Satisfaction
- Knowledge in Finance and voluntary employee benefits-related processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude towards compliance and administrative tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, benefit platforms and HRIS systems a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or relevant field preferred
- Prior experience in benefits administration is a plus
- Life and Health License preferred (or willingness to obtain in designated timeframe)
