Senior Substation Project Manager
Area: Fully Remote

Job Summary:
- Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team delivering substation physical and protection & control designs for utilities and EPC partners
- Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and client relationships throughout all project phases
- Review and guide deliverables to ensure technical quality and compliance with industry standards
- Foster collaboration and drive a team culture focused on communication, accountability, and innovation
- Support business development through proposal preparation and client engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor and problem solver for clients and team members alike
- Apply deep understanding of high-voltage substation design and the power delivery process across all phases of project delivery
- Maintain PMP certification (required) to support project leadership and delivery standards; PE license a plus
