Field Service Technician

Area: East Coast (NY/NJ preferred, travel required)
Shift: Day shift flexible / occasional after-hours

Job Summary:

  • Provide installation, service, and preventative maintenance on access control and entrance systems (turnstiles, gates, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot electrical and electromechanical issues on-site and remotely
  • Support customers and partners with technical guidance and issue resolution
  • Assist sales team with technical input during new installations and upgrades
  • Maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on first-time fix and service quality
  • Complete service documentation, reports, and updates in ERP systems
  • Travel regionally (primarily Northeast) with occasional overnight stays
