As the right-hand to our Marketing Director, you’ll lead projects, guide a talented team, and drive high-impact campaigns across diverse business lines. This is your opportunity to bring people together, elevate our brand voice, and turn great ideas into measurable marketing results.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and mentor a growing marketing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and creativity.
  • Partner with the Marketing Director and senior leadership to plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing strategies across multiple verticals.
  • Oversee project management and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of marketing initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Craft persuasive, concise, sales and marketing copy that resonates with our target audiences.
  • Run our digital advertising initiatives by developing, launching, and managing paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, META, etc.) — setting budgets, testing creative, monitoring performance, and sharing insights to guide the team.
  • Work closely with sales, account management, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
    • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in marketing roles, with previous experience in the insurance, employee benefit and/or healthcare industry preferred.
  • Proven experience managing direct subordinates and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong writing and editing skills — capable of distilling complex ideas into clear, compelling, and strategic marketing messages
  • Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn and META paid campaigns, from setup to reporting
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat)
  • Proficiency with web Content Management Systems (CMS), particularly WordPress
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Constant Contact, HubSpot, MailChimp…) and social media management tools
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in campaign tracking, reporting, and optimization
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about learning and leading
