Account Manager

Under the direction of the Assistant VP - Client Success Management, this Account Manager position will drive results and accountable for all operational tasks throughout the organization that their assigned clients have requested or require.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Own and track client services tasks, client decks, and client responses to ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain documents and calendars to ensure department collaboration and document management.
• Responsible for tracking and monitor reporting requests: running, QA and meeting deadlines as required.
• Support the client with any client and/or member questions and requests.
• Oversee administrative processes, tracking progress and following up to secure any outstanding or required documentation.
• Researching, tracking and outreach for miscellaneous client/member needs.
• Editing and preparing documents, policies and workflows for department.
• Coordinate with finance department on client items.
• Review and approve invoices for all PBF clients in accordance to the process.
• Support email notifications to clients and other departments when requested.
• Creating and quality checking various documents and reports for the department.
• Aiding with various projects, daily tasks, and projects.
• Special projects as assigned by an Client Success Executives.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• PBM and Operational experience preferred 
• Customer service/phone experience preferred
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or managed care industry required.
• Ability to multi-task and use various systems efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent degree
