Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data using tools like Excel, Power BI, and SQL to identify trends, correlations, and insights that support decision-making.
- Reporting & Visualization: Build and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports that communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Data Management: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of datasets across systems, implementing best practices for data governance and quality.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and business trends to evaluate the success of initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with finance, product, and engineering teams to translate data findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Automation & Optimization: Support process improvements by automating repetitive reporting tasks and streamlining data workflows.
- Insights Presentation: Communicate analytical findings and data stories effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications: - 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst (with strong data focus), or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data visualization techniques.
- Experience with SQL or other data querying languages.
- Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, MS Visio, SAP, or Jira is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
