What You’ll Do
- Analyze sales, pricing, cost, and margin performance to identify key drivers of profitability and growth.
- Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and KPIs to monitor commercial performance and pricing effectiveness.
- Partner with commercial leadership to support pricing strategies, including price optimization and margin improvement initiatives.
- Build predictive and scenario-based models to support S&OP planning and business forecasting.
- Standardize and maintain data integrity across ERP, CRM, and BI platforms to ensure a single source of truth.
- Conduct market, customer, and product segmentation analyses to support go-to-market strategies.
- Support strategic initiatives such as new product launches, footprint optimization, and supply chain improvements.
- Translate complex data analyses into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with IT, finance, and business teams to enhance reporting capabilities and data accessibility.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead and promote healthy and safe work practices as required by regulatory agencies and Company policy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or JD Edwards.
- Working knowledge of SQL or similar data querying tools.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategy, cost structures, and margin dynamics in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to executive audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
