Summary:Internship for the summer of 2026 that will support activities within Benchmark's Legal Department.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with abstracting and storing legacy agreements in Benchmark’s CLM.
- Assist in refining/creating playbooks for contract negotiations.
- Asist in identifying best practices for AI prompts used by in-house legal departments.
- Assist Sr. Paralegal with auditing NDAs to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Shadow/assist with efforts to update internal policies and matrices for contract approval and signature.
- Shadow/assist with government compliance requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Technically trained and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communicator (verbal and written), collaborative, and having presentation skills.
- The ideal candidate would be a self-motivated student who is ready for a challenging internship in a fast-paced environment.
