Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN
Location: Asbury Solomons – Solomons, MD

Asbury Solomons is a highly rated, state-of-the-art retirement community with a long history of delivering excellent, personalized care. Since becoming the therapy provider here on June 1st, we've been proud to build strong relationships with residents and staff—and now, we're expanding our team.
To show our appreciation, we're offering a sign-on bonus option of $4,500 for full-time hires and $2,500 for part-time hires—paid out in full on your very first payroll.
What You'll Do
- Deliver personalized, high-quality therapy services and evaluations
- Track and document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems
- Build strong, long-term relationships with residents to support their health and well-being
- Partner with families, residents, and staff to explain therapy programs, goals, and outcomes
- Bring professionalism, kindness, and compassion to every interaction
- Work side-by-side with a collaborative therapy team passionate about making a difference
What You'll Bring
- A degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Maryland SLP license in good standing
- A genuine passion for working with seniors
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
