What You'll Be Doing
- Provide personalized, high-quality rehabilitative services and evaluations
- Track and document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, encouraging engagement in their health and well-being
- Partner with patients, families, and staff to share therapy goals, outcomes, and the benefits of rehab
- Bring professionalism, compassion, and courtesy to every interaction
- Collaborate with fellow therapists in a supportive, team-driven environment
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistance from an accredited program
- Active Pennsylvania COTA license in good standing
