Full-Time or Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist
Location: Quincy Village | Waynesboro, PA
Benchmark Therapies is looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Quincy Village in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania.
This could be a great fit for an SLP who enjoys working with older adults and wants to be part of a supportive, collaborative therapy team. At Benchmark, we believe clinicians do their best work when they feel trusted, respected, and able to focus on thoughtful, individualized care.
What You’ll Do
- Complete speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing evaluations
- Develop and provide individualized treatment based on each resident’s needs and goals
- Help residents maintain communication abilities, cognitive function, safe swallowing, independence, and quality of life
- Support residents in staying connected to the people, activities, and conversations that matter most to them
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems
- Contribute to a positive and supportive therapy environment
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standing
- A genuine interest in working with older adults
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A thoughtful, dependable, and team-oriented approach to care
