Per Diem Physical Therapist Assistant
Location: Beaumont at Bryn Mawr | Bryn Mawr, PA
Benchmark Therapies is looking for a weekday Per Diem Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Beaumont at Bryn Mawr.

What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, safety, and independence
- Carry out individualized treatment plans based on each resident’s goals and needs
- Communicate resident progress, concerns, and changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems
- Contribute to a positive and supportive therapy environment
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing
- A genuine interest in working with older adults
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented approach
About the Per Diem Opportunity
- Flexible weekday scheduling

- Work at least once every six months to remain active on our roster
