Full-Time Physical Therapist

What You’ll Do
- Complete physical therapy evaluations and create individualized plans of care
- Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, endurance, safety, and confidence
- Support residents in staying as independent and active as possible
- Work closely with PTAs and the rest of the therapy team to provide consistent, thoughtful care
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the care team
- Communicate progress, changes in condition, and recommendations with the interdisciplinary team
- Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems
- Be part of a positive, supportive team environment
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Someone who genuinely enjoys working with older adults
- Strong communication and people skills
- A team-focused clinician who values thoughtful, individualized care
- Senior living, long-term care, or geriatric experience is a plus, but not required
