About our property: Skamania Lodge is a Pacific Northwest resort set on 175 acres, featuring treehouses, glamping, golf, ziplining, a spa, and multiple restaurants. With over 22,000 sq. ft. of event space, it’s a premier destination for retreats, conferences, and celebrations. What you will have an opportunity to do: Be the friendly face that greets guests as they arrive or move throughout the restaurant. Read, check, and manage tickets as they come in—accuracy is your superpower! Ensure every plate leaving the kitchen looks perfect and matches the order. Support servers by clearing and resetting tables for arriving guests. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant area. Keep service flowing by performing pre-shift prep and maintaining organized server stations. Collaborate with your teammates from servers, to cooks, to bartenders. Know the ins and outs of the operation - you’re the eyes and ears of the floor! Scheduling & Hours: Part-Time position Schedules are shared one week in advance Because we’re open 24/7, 365 days a year, flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is appreciated. What are we looking for? You’ve worked in a high-volume restaurant as an expediter or server. You know your way around wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits. You bring a warm, engaging, and professional personality to every shift. You thrive in fast-paced environments and keep cool under pressure. You’re passionate about creating great guest experiences. You’re a strong communicator and collaborator. You’re able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs and stay on your feet throughout your shift. You have a WA Food Handlers Certification -We can help you with this! You’re reliable, consistent, and love getting things done right the first time.
