Resident Care Associate - Part Time

The Branches of Framingham, a Benchmark Assisted Living & Memory Care community is hiring Part Time CNA's and HHA's.

• Part Time Shifts Available:
• 7am-3pm - Every Other Weekend
• 3pm-11pm - Every Other Weekend, plus 1-2 week day shifts
• 11pm-7am - Every Other Weekend

We are looking for a compassionate CNA's and HHA's to join our team! As a Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA & HHA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
  
  

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
