Our Memory Care community is seeking a compassionate Resident Care Associate who is dedicated to providing respectful, attentive care to residents living with cognitive challenges.
Pay Rate
Starting at $17.75/hour
What You’ll Do
- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, dining)
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Support residents according to individualized care plans
- Engage residents in daily routines and activities
- Maintain cleanliness and resident comfort in rooms and common areas
- Communicate clearly with team members, families, and leadership
- Document care and incidents accurately and timely
- Respond calmly in emergency situations
What We’re Looking For
- CNA certification
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Ability to follow care plans and safety standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- CPR/First Aid certification if required
