Van Driver – Activities Department

Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour

We are looking for a dependable, compassionate, and energetic Van Driver to join our senior living community team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with seniors, staying active, and creating positive experiences for residents every day.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to appointments, outings, and activities
• Assist residents getting in and out of the van safely
• Support residents during community outings and events
• Follow all transportation, safety, and reporting procedures
• Help maintain vehicles and report maintenance concerns
• Assist the Activities team as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, professional, and patient demeanor
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience working with seniors is a plus
