The Commons in Lincoln campus is looking for a Lead Server to contribute to achieving exceptional experiences for our residents.

IS YOUR SPECIALTY HOSPITALITY? IT’S YOUR TIME TO SHINE! The Lead Server will work with and support a friendly and dynamic dining team. Responsibilities

• Leads the dining team
• Accounts for all residents at meals and for takeout to ensure exceptional foodservice delivery.
• Leads training for all new Servers in the department
• Assists in managerial tasks in the department
• Reports to the Dining Room Manager
  
  

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Server experience in a high-end community setting
• Shows a consistent ability to coordinate multiple tasks, demonstrates a positive attitude, and works well under pressure
