You will be responsible for laundering towels, bed linens, and resident laundry, and the upkeep of resident apartments.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Collects, cleans and redistributes the resident laundry.
- Washing, drying, ironing, folding, sorting, etc. of resident clothing and linens.
- Ensures that all laundry is properly sorted, washed and dried according to State and Federal regulations.
- Ensures that all laundry is maintained in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition. Also keeps laundry department clean.
- Reports any laundry equipment problems to department supervisor.
- Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by the supervisor.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience cleaning residential or commercial settings is preferred, but we will train.
- Understands the practices surrounding the proper handling of biohazardous waste.
