Programming Assistant

Are you creative, compassionate, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors? We are looking for a Programming Assistant to help create engaging and meaningful experiences for residents in a warm and supportive community.

Starting wage: $18/hour

What You’ll Do

• Assist with planning and leading daily activities and events
• Encourage resident participation and meaningful engagement
• Support memory care and dementia-friendly programming
• Build positive relationships with residents and families
• Communicate resident needs and changes with the care team
• Maintain activity documentation and program records
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Compassionate, patient, and energetic personality
• Experience working with seniors or memory care preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma required; related experience welcomed
• Valid driver’s license required
