Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA and Home Health Aide/HHA open interviews

New Pond Village in Walpole is hosting open interviews for CNAs and HHAs on Thursdays from 11a to 4p! No appointment needed!

We have Full-Time, Part-Time and Per Diem opportunities available!

We are looking for a compassionate CNAs/HHAs to join our team! As a CNAs/HHAs, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA/HHA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
