PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists with ADLs – bathing/showering, toileting, dressing, feeding, oral hygiene, hair care, etc.
- Assists with IADLs – light housekeeping, laundry, changing bed linens, shopping, meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation, etc.
- Reports changes in client’s condition to supervisor
- Completes required Care Plan documentation, accurately and on time
- Provides exemplary client care
- Respects and maintains client confidentiality
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have reliable transportation
CORI and background checks will be completed prior to employment
Medical and TB test/x-rays completed within a year
Covid-19 vaccination required per MA state mandate for health care settings
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
