Responsibilites
- Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
- Support clients with daily activities and routines
- Prepare simple meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying, etc.)
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Follow the care plan and report any changes in the client’s condition
- Maintain accurate documentation of each visit
- Communicate with the office regarding schedule changes, delays, or concern
Requirements
- Active HHA or PCA certification or experience
- Reliable transportation to travel between clients’ homes
- Ability to work independently and follow care instructions
- Strong communication and time‑management skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Must pass background checks and meet agency compliance standards
