Description: The Laborer is responsible for assisting Masons by performing a variety of
general labor tasks including stocking materials and constructing scaffolds and
supporting jobsite operations as needed. This position also includes operation of
company vehicles, snow removal equipment, and construction equipment as required.
This position reports directly to the Foreman. Laborers are encouraged to keep all lines
of communication open with the Foreman.

Essential Functions
- Set up, tear down, and clean-up of job sites.
- Use power tools including drills, grinders, saws, and other company owned tools.
- Construction of scaffolding or other workstation structures.
- Maintain and keep clean all equipment used.
- Clean working surfaces and perform site maintenance and cleanup.
- Participating in and collaborating with the crew during daily meetings to ensure
- Shape brick, block, or stone in preparation for final setting with use of brick
- Operate company vehicles, skid steers, telehandlers, mini-excavators, and other
- Perform snow removal operations, including operating trucks with plows, front
- Complete all tasks with pride of ownership and quality.
- Other duties as assigned by the Foreman.
- Must be able to follow instructions precisely, and work with others in an

Experience And Skills Desired
- The applicant must be 18 years of age.
- Experience in construction and heavy equipment operation is required.
- Experience operating front end loaders, mini-excavators, and skid steers

- Ability to operate equipment safely in winter conditions including snow, ice, and
