Position Overview
We are looking for a caring, organized, and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team! This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who loves guiding young learners through hands-on experiences and social-emotional growth. You’ll take the lead in your classroom with the support of our teaching team, creating a positive, engaging environment where every child can thrive.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a warm, welcoming, and safe classroom environment for Pre-K children
- Guide developmentally appropriate, hands-on learning experiences
- Foster independence, curiosity, and school readiness through play and purposeful exploration
- Communicate effectively and compassionately with families and coworkers
- Demonstrate leadership, reliability, and professionalism in managing classroom routines
- Stay organized with daily schedules, classroom routines and documentation
Qualifications
- Previous childcare experience is preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Positive attitude, good communication, and teamwork abilities
- Must meet state licensing requirements for childcare employment (background check, etc.)
