Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Project Manager located in Westbrook, ME. The Assistant Project Manager will assist in overseeing project planning, scheduling, and execution. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, expediting deliveries, performing inspections, managing project details, and supporting the Project Manager in achieving project goals. Collaboration with diverse teams and clients is key to ensuring project success within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
Qualifications
- Experience with Expediting and Logistics Management is required to ensure the timely delivery of materials and resources.
- Proficiency in Project Management and coordination to effectively assist in managing construction projects.
- Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality control standards to ensure project compliance and excellence.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with a diverse range of teams and clients.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
