What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Claims Adjuster position at Benchmark Claims Service LLC?
We are looking to hire an adjuster who will be responsible for handling 1st party property claims from inception to close. This includes:
- Conducting on-site inspections of property losses
- Evaluating and determining policy coverage
- Writing clear, concise and accurate reports
- Compiling damage estimates
- Communicating with the insured, carrier, vendors and consultants
- Qualified candidates should have at least 2 years adjusting experience and be well-versed in Xactimate, Word and Excel
