Claims Adjuster

Robert Half is working with a great client on the North Shore seeking a Claims Adjuster to join its team. This is a permanent role, alongside an established team, responsible for visiting local claims sites for assessments, and will work in office a couple days per week as needed. Our client is looking for experience in the insurance industry, preferably property & casualty. Any experience with claims adjusting is preferred.

Salary is dependent on experience, but somewhere between $70-110K is the target. The benefits are competitive too.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on property and casualty claims.
• Strong knowledge of claims processing and casualty claims assessment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex claims.
• Proficiency in documenting and reporting claims investigations.
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
