Job Overview

Ben’s Pizza is seeking a hardworking, dependable, organized, and highly motivated Inventory & Restaurant Support Associate to join our growing restaurant team!

This is a hands-on, physically active position responsible for ensuring our restaurant locations remain fully stocked, clean, organized, and operational throughout the day.

The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, works efficiently without constant supervision, and understands the importance of maintaining inventory levels, receiving deliveries, organizing storage areas, and supporting restaurant teams during daily operations.

This position plays an essential role in keeping our pizzerias running smoothly by ensuring employees have the products, ingredients, equipment, and supplies they need to deliver exceptional service.

We are looking for someone who stays productive, anticipates operational needs, and takes ownership of keeping our restaurants clean, stocked, and organized at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Receiving & Stockroom Organization

• Receive food, beverages, packaging materials, and other merchandise from approved suppliers and delivery providers.
• Verify incoming deliveries against invoices and purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
• Inspect products for damage, shortages, quality concerns, and proper storage temperatures when applicable.
• Report missing, damaged, or incorrect products to management immediately.
• Organize and maintain stockrooms, storage shelves, refrigerators, and freezers according to company standards.
• Properly label, date, and rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
• Ensure all inventory is stored safely, efficiently, and in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Assist management with inventory counts and stock-level monitoring.

Restaurant Restocking & Supply Management

• Continuously monitor inventory and supply levels at designated Ben’s Pizza locations throughout each shift.
• Restock pizza boxes, beverages, ingredients, paper products, cleaning supplies, and other essential items.
• Transport products and supplies between designated storage areas and restaurant locations.
• Ensure restaurant teams have sufficient inventory to operate efficiently during peak business hours.
• Anticipate product shortages and proactively replenish supplies before they run out.
• Coordinate with restaurant employees and management to identify urgent inventory needs.
• Retrieve or purchase additional supplies from approved vendors when authorized by management.
• Assist with organizing and distributing merchandise received from suppliers.

Cleanliness & Restaurant Organization

• Maintain clean, organized, and presentable restaurant work areas throughout each shift.
• Regularly clean countertops, shelves, storage areas, and designated restaurant equipment.
• Assist with sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and general cleaning responsibilities.
• Ensure storage rooms, refrigerators, freezers, and supply areas remain clean and properly organized.
• Keep walkways, workstations, and inventory storage areas free of clutter and safety hazards.
• Monitor cleanliness throughout the shift and address issues immediately.
• Follow company cleaning schedules, sanitation procedures, and food safety requirements.

Daily Restaurant Operations & Team Support

• Provide continuous operational support to Ben’s Pizza employees and management.
• Assist restaurant teams with restocking, organizing, cleaning, and other operational tasks as needed.
• Respond promptly to requests for additional products,

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
