What You'll Do
Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Meet with homeowners to understand their vision, needs, and concerns.
- Educate clients on our remodeling approach and guide them through the sales process.
- Build long-term relationships, ensuring a high level of client trust and satisfaction.
Sales & Project Development:
- Assess potential projects, ensuring alignment with our scope and company capabilities.
- Develop and present proposals, estimates, and contracts tailored to each homeowner.
- Close deals efficiently while maintaining transparency and integrity.
Lead Management & Business Development:
- Follow up on inquiries, nurture leads, and maintain a pipeline of potential projects.
- Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and open houses to generate new business.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with the estimating, design, and project management teams to ensure seamless project handoffs.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation, pricing, and reporting.
- Ensure all client expectations are clearly communicated to internal teams.
Required Skills & Experience
Residential Remodeling Sales Experience: 3 years of sales experience in high-end residential remodeling, custom home building, or design-build projects.
Client-Focused Approach: Ability to listen to clients' needs, manage expectations, and provide tailored solutions.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of residential construction, design principles, and remodeling processes.
Consultative Sales Skills: Proven ability to guide homeowners through a complex sales process with education and trust-building.
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for proposals, client meetings, and follow-ups.
Self-Motivation & Drive: Ability to generate leads, follow up diligently, and meet sales targets with minimal supervision.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring estimates, contracts, and project scope details are clear and accurate.
Software & Technology Requirements
CRM & Lead Management: Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
Proposal & Contract Software: Proficiency in Proposify, DocuSign, or similar tools.
Scheduling & Collaboration Tools: Experience with Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Google Workspace for team communication and coordination.
