What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and support scoopers and shift leads
- Manage daily operations -- cash handling, inventory, scheduling, opens/closes
- Set the tone for excellent guest service and help others do the same
- Support your team's growth and development
- Assist with community events and shop performance goals
- Step in and run the shop when the Shop Manager is away
