Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Line Cook to join our team for a strong and busy season.
This role requires focus, efficiency, and consistency in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a team responsible for delivering quality food during daily service as well as large-scale events.
Responsibilities
- Prepare menu items according to recipes and standards
- Maintain quality and consistency during high-volume service
- Properly set up and stock stations
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Communicate clearly with team members
Qualifications
- Previous line cook experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Reliable attendance
- Strong attention to detail
- Availability for evenings and weekends
