Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including but not limited to:
Rent collection and accounting
Lease administration and renewal
Maintenance and repairs coordination
Resident relations and customer service
Compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to increase resident satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective resolution of maintenance requests
- Prepare and present regular property reports to management, including financial and operational metrics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement changes as necessary
Requirements:

- 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in a similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, real estate) preferred
- Strong knowledge of property management software and systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Salary: $60,000 per year
